New buildings are introduced on existing, extensive parking lots while cars are taken underground. Also a series of small public squares is created along the pedestrian ways.

The new buildings situated diagonally on the parking lots keep the views from the existing flats open. The architecture of the new buildings brings color and freshens up the old neighboough.
